SENDING YOUR EMPLOYEES DONATIONS BY MAIL
If you collect and mail in the donations—as opposed to donating on
line—please include your donation form from your

If for any reason you do not have the form, please include your
SNEAKERS@WORK DAY company name and the number of items you are
sending in so we can make sure that your company gets
the proper credit.
Please send in your donations as soon as possible after the DAY,
September 18, 2009. All donations collected by December 31, 2009 will be counted as
part of our 2010 Campaign.
